Each account sees only what it is granted

Every gallery is built from the permissions attached to your sign-in. Event folders appear only when they have been assigned to your account, and nothing outside that scope is shown.

Project managers tag each picture to the event folders and people who may view it. Tags are set when files are added and can change as permissions are granted.

When you sign in, the index is filtered against your account. If a picture is not assigned to you, it will not appear in your gallery index.

Your gallery updates as new permissions are granted. You see only the collections connected to your account, presented in the same order every time you return.

Contact the portal administrators to review your permissions and request access to the gallery you expected.
